Hey there! Thank you for ordering with Sage & Sapling Studio! Please read our return policy carefully and thoroughly to ensure that ordering with us is always a wonderful experience!
- We do not make exchanges as I can't guarantee I'll have the item in stock when I receive your return however we accept returns for a store credit within 10 days of you receiving your order. If you would like to make a return of any kind to Sage & Sapling Studio., please email firstname.lastname@example.org
- Please return your unworn items with the hangtag in place, as well as a note containing your name, original order number, reason for exchange to: P.O. Box 781 Shirley, MA 01464
- The customer is responsible for the shipping costs of a return.
- Please note that returned items must be UNWORN, and UNWASHED.
- Please allow 3-4 business days for us to receive your return and 5-7 business days for your order to be refunded.
Problems with your order:
- If you have received any products with damage or defects to your items, we will gladly replace them or offer a refund. In such cases, please email email@example.com within 10 days of receiving your order.
- Please include a photo of the damages/defects of your product in your email.
- We are not responsible for damages or defects caused by shipping and handling or incorrect sizing.
